my brother get the new software version 153 and download it to ur champion decoder after that all the CTV channels will start working fine again.

@ ManirBK, My qsat q28g has stopped to unscramble powervu channels since thursday afternoon and the keys for the channels are still very much active on other brands of decoder. Please your assistance is needed. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest u have a back up on Strong Decoders and forget about Qsat wahala. I myself have Qsat Q11g, Strong SRT 4922A & Strong SRT 4950h, but I now concentrate on Strong cos as of now no decoder can beat their regular software support.

@ Truly1, Okay but Please can you get me a fairly used strong SRT4922A genuine one, although I have a strong SRT 4669XII which does not support powervu software & obsolete and can not be used for powervu HD channels. I await your reply, thanks.

wait for another software from qsat,they are not like strong decoder where you set your key manually.

@ mujaya1, the powervu software I have on my qsat is editable ( I mean I can input the key manually), I have been using it all this while without any issue, just surprised when it went scramble on thursday but the key is still very active, some using strong receivers too have the same issue but I just hope if the key changes I would re input the new one to confirm if the software needs a change or just simply wait for another software from qsat team. I just don't know what went wrong because I have been enjoying it not until thursday when it scrambled.

Pls follow these steps:
1. Press menu key on your remote
2. Press the right arrow (vol) key
3. Scroll up/down to Patch Menu & press
4. Twin protocol & others will pop up but go to the manual key(2nd line) and press ok
5. Then press the right vol key 3 times and it will take u to PowerVu section
6. Go to No 207 and below where we have 68.5e under Provider Name
7. Start to change all figures/alphabets under Prov ID to 00 00 00, do it for all under 68.5e(Note: You only change that of Prov ID but if there's a change in the key area pls change it accordingly. This is important for MTN Worldwide, Bwtv, Sony Kix etc.
8. To change (edit) the keys, press the Edit key (blue) on your remote, always press Ok for each line you change before you exit.

[/quote] I also suffered the same on thurday my 4922a went scrambled,i just check and notice that the keys are still active, quickly i deleted the software 189v and reinput 187v and it return active.before today i upgraded to the latest version 190v.i advice u to redownload old version and see.

The software version u are trying to install will automaticly delete the one inside your decoda and remain there as replacement

Okay, that's like a downgrade and a re- upgrade. The downgrade software I have does not have powervu option.

sir, I have tried this but still my 24 refused to show. it was only the prov ID that I change to 00 00 00 on 207 and 208, pls come to my aid maybe I'm doing something wrongly

Go to No 11&12 and change the Prov ID to 00 00 00 and the keys area to the latest one for mtn, then ok it and you are good to go

Yes, I guess I have to wait for new keys or new software. I have this powervu version: V7.11.84.000_20151024
Presently in my receiver.
