Mourinho cannot stay in a club for more than 3years because they SACK HIM. They sack him because after ruining the club financially, performance dwindles. He then finds another club to ruin.

Recently he was whining about Wenger's longevity at Arsenal, he wondered why one could stay at a particular club for 20years. He then requested same from Chelsea and was given a 4year contract.
