Do you honestly expect any further responses from any sane rational mind, despite the admitted fact that your affinity for Jonathan and his administration is not based on logic/rationality/common sense but emotion and sentiments? Especially taking cognizance of the fact that the essence of this thread is comparative? Sorry miz, I speak logic, not estrogen. AMBIVERT: AMBIVERT: |

theV0ice: Now I can ask the OP, but wait, before I do that, I am struggling to comprehend why the OP invited ALL who "must have commented" on this thread. I can't help but start counting from you. When I'm done, trust I will ask the OP the obvious. Anyways, the OP's question remains unanswered, though some few thoughtful commenters have given it a shot. #Peace |

Rawani:MizMyColi, expect no further response on this topic from me. It's no longer worth the time having read what my comrades have inked for you. I will pray for you to be able to rise above irresponsible partisanship because it surprises sane minds that despite revelations of looting that make the world cring and wonder if the looters were human beings, a somewhat reasonable person like you will still be talking as you do. Accept my sympathy dear. 6 Likes |

theV0ice: Na wa oh.... We just get unnecessarily sentimental and distort facts. We will only realize the consequences of our actions after we must have killed a fellow for the very wrong reason. The reason for the non-availability of USD was never because $47m was "withdrawn" from the CBN on the "orders" of the NSA. We are always quick to cast aspersion on the previous administration while we forget the source of funding for the APC Presidential Campaign. There were no "seperate" "#10B" and "$47m". Both are the same, just equivalents of the other. This is what happens when we dance to the music...I had earlier warned you about. This is another of your statement: The last time we had such was under Abacha with ISMAILA GWARZO, the then NSA but even at that, it wasn't this much and Abacha as wicked as he was ensured only a select few had access to the yams then. GEJ your hero gave every willing goats duplicate keys to the barn so much so that they ran out of names to use that Bafarawa tagged his own ''for spiritual purposes". They didn't even need to come ask him anymore. Just go there and collect your own. Haba...... |
Re: 7 Months Later; Is Nigeria Getting Worse Or Better Under Buhari? by AMBIVERT(f): 8:28am On Dec 14, 2015 |
Rawani: C'monn Rawani, don't be silly!!! 1. Every sane mind takes decisions based on the rational or irrational; emotions inclusive. Logic is not a bad thing, emotions isn't either. Where it's necessary, both are applied... Matter of fact, we are emotional beings and as such required to possess emotional intelligence. Denigrating anyone who shows controlled emotion is insanity on the part of the denigrator. Are you insane? 2. That I support GEJ for more personal cum emotional/ideological than informed/logical reasons does not mean I do not have any logical reason for supporting him. I am being humble enough to admit that if I were to go strictly logical/informed....GEJ and DMB do not and CANNOT pass the test. So I compromised. Doesn't mean I've lost my sense of rationality. It is a fact and on record that GEJ is the only president Post independence who fostered democratic tenets and ideologies. GEJ is one president who gave women a BIG chance in governance. For the first time, Nigerians have access to any information concerning governance via the FOI bill... 3. This thread is not comparative. We have admitted the rot and sleaze in the GEJ led FG, now we want to know what APC is doing to move us forward. When you say I have no moral ground to question this administration, I ask you, do they have a moral ground for taxing me and the members of my family? Mister, stop your evasion tactic and answer the questions in the OP and the ones I've just included. Estrogen ko; Homotestosterone ni |

Rawani: Failed to do what? Please stop spreading lies...... Who failed to diversify our economy from oil in the time of oil-price boom, and [s]emptied our foreign reserves through a combination of corruption and incapacity to lead which ended in him being tricked by his governors to share the SWF? The DIRECT aftermath of these are the economic troubles we are facing today under low oil prices, and high exchange rates which our efforts to control is resulting in our ejection from bond indexes.[/s] Lool...... That's what they do. Emptied our foreign reserves? What are the components of the reserves? He was being tricked by his governors to share the SWF? The governors led by Amaechi? The DG of the APC Presidential Campaign Organization? [s]Who supervised the looting and mismanagement of of the defence budget through his aides (Dasuki n co.) which seriously hampered the fight against BH, and resulted in the loss of thousands of lives? The failure to fight the terrorists with political will and sincerity, resulted in their blossoming and is the reason we are still fighting them today[/s]. [s]You see, while we are not blind to the realities that face us today, its is an insult to conscience, logic and common sense for the same set of people that wanted all of the above and more to continue till 2019, to come and pontificate about good governance while condemning a President that inherited these challenges just seven months ago. Put simply, you lack the moral capital to admonish or condemn Buhari or Buharists[/s]. Enjoy your evening .[/quote] You really should check yourself. |

AMBIVERT: Really? I usually do not engage in meaningful discourse with foul mouthed elements, the least young ladies, but I will make this single exception. You're obviously not aware of my precedents. AMBIVERT: The statements you have made, and as you expressly admitted, are results of your emotional inclinations and not rational thinking or common sense...and you continue to prove your admission....did you just say every sane mind makes decisions based on the irrational? Actually, you're inching me to believe that, like the chaps who thought theVoice's issue was with the mode of monetary transport, you are unable to understand the responses you have been given on your own thread, otherwise you would not still be flogging a decaying horse. To buttress/debunk my point, explain the rationality and sensibility of the statement below which you made, in light of the thousands of innocent lives lost to corruption in the fight against BH, the current economic challenges, current exchange rate, prevailing oil price, and general suffering of Nigerians. "Whatever decision taken by Jonathan was for Nigeria interest no matter how flawed it may appear. Not taking decision at all is what is a crime." - 4 Likes 1 Share |

Rawani: My point is stop spreading lies. An administration that failed to provide electricity...but some months back, you were the chairman of the praise singer's group taking the glory for no effort of yours because there was relatively stable power supply in this administration. Today the power supply has gone down you're back to your usual "who failed to supply electricity" chorus. See why its a waste of time to even consider the hypocrisy that comes out when you make your comments? 1 Like |
Re: 7 Months Later; Is Nigeria Getting Worse Or Better Under Buhari? by Rawani: 9:28am On Dec 14, 2015 |
Are you suggesting that you handed over a working power sector which was mishandled by this administration? Can you deny the fact that the looting of our reserves, and the irresponsible cum irrational levels of corruption by the last administration, are the DIRECT causes for our economic challenges today? Or can you deny that the fact that we are still fighting BH today is because of GEJ/Dasuki's criminal financial recklessness and lack of political will? Hypocrisy, my friend, is noisily expecting to reap an apple after sowing a crusty mustard seed. kaboninc: 4 Likes |

AMBIVERT:And shove your ignorance up your narrow butt! what is expected? That within just 7 months you guys are expecting a sort of miracle to happen, despite the rot and decay? Why am I not suprised. "An ignorant mind can never understand the gravity of atrocity committed" And to indulge you my simple minded friend and to answer the emboldened, the corrupt sector is truly feeling the clean up! Those who have looted are no longer dancing in the Sun, like they did during the last administration. Nonsense! Tribalism and bitterness will never allow some of you to see what's in front of you. 2 Likes |

OZAOEKPE:If that's what you want, that's not what I want, I want steady electricity, good roads, water and jobs for my fellow Nigerians. Anybody who can't provide this will never be voted by me, that's why I'll say it that should the time come and PMB proves without doubt that he's no better than GEJ, then I'll lampoon him the way I did GEJ, without regret or remorse, then I'll vote him against him. You see, unlike you guys, I don't tolerate failure, especially one that has to do with the lives of my fellow countryman. Anybody who clearly knows he or she can't lead shouldn't be putting his or her head there. Plain and simple. 1 Like |
