i pass my message the i want it to be weather civil or not, just depending on how one view it and how he/she react to it. if you want to be civil be it in reality,not on a forum where many people here always to the opposite of what there talk

It is wrong. When its done at a busy hour or wrong environment to woo a lady. Though it increases my chances of finding a spouse I will not encourage any body fine or not stopping to chat or whateva.

Many girls are not in the mood to answer random guys on the street.

Some are in haste, or some are having a lot running in their head.

Some guys don't even detect a girl body language they just approach any lady that passes by (I don't know if they are awarded for this) and at the end they are turn down or embarrassed.

Why not know where the girl lives or where she visit frequently and approach her instead of behaving like kids on the street.
