Job Title: Junior Outbound Officer
Industry: Retail Fashion
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Main Purpose of Position
To manage the overall customer order fulfillment process including picking, quality control, packaging, and dispatching.

Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for:
• Tracking order details online.
• Picking customer’s orders from the warehouse.
• Managing the customer’s orders to ensure that no item is omitted.
• Ensure that the picked items match the ordered items.
• Packaging customer’s orders.
• Loading packaged items on the appropriate dispatch bay.
• Logging in orders in the log book.
• Filing or archiving customer’s order sheets.
• Ensuring effective and effective fulfillment of customer’s orders.
• Working effectively with customer experience officers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Competencies: Preferred Candidates must be smart and very fast learners.

Remuneration: N50,000

I think virtually every one that got to the interview stage has about 80% of getting to d next stage. d interviewer was quite down to earth (I like his person I must say). I don't think anyone would fail (well except he wants u to, like he said lol). in as much as u were asked to come tomorrow, I believe d main challenge is the computer assessment and that is d determining factor. he disclosed to our group during d interview that about 150 applied during d duration of d opening n 40 of us were selected and 8 for each position (inbound and outbound)will b picked at d end. I wish us all the best.

So we had the competency test today and I got a pass to meet the employer. Dunno if it's gonna be another round of interview or job briefing?
Who else was selected?

I did. I even had to call James to confirm d conflicting dates in d mail which was corrected after which.
