You're the one suggest equality with God not me.

What you said was that "Mary is not like God, can never be like God, will never be like God."

While the Bible says 'Mary is like God.'

Who should we believe? You or the Holy Spirit.

Stop pretending as though you don't already understand this matter. You tried to make Mary equal to God by making her an intercessor and mediator and giving her all manner of reference reserved only for God. I simply showed you that she and all other Saints are like God in nature and holiness but never never ever like God in power, authority, omniscience and the rest.

italo:

Heb12:22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable angels in festal gathering, 23 and to the assembly[g] of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24 and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

Is the Holy Spirit lying in that verse?

Just pretend as though you don't know that this Scripture you quoted said nothing whatsoever to refute my comment you bolded.

Your own shallow understanding falls short. Those in eternity are not constrained by time and space... agreed ! But do they possess God's exclusive ability of omnipresence? Can one of them be in a million places at the same time? The answer is NO!!

Can the Saints see/hear what is happening on earth?
ByfireByfire:

Catholics project Mary as both an intercessor and a mediator. Functions that belong exclusively to The Holy Ghost and Christ Jesus. Believers in Christ that are yet alive can also intercede for each other and we are admonished to pray for one another but there is no record from Genesis to revelation where anyone ever prayed(as a pattern) or was commanded by God to pray through saints that have passed on to glory.
Which one is it? Only the Holy Spirit and Jesus are mediators and intercessors...or The Holy Spirit, Jesus and believers?

Are the Saints alive or dead?

1. A saint in heaven can see and hear what's happening on earth but not all at the same time. That will be omniscience which they don't possess. Stop putting me on repeat. If I just know you are playing games I cease to reply.

2. I made the matter very clear. The focal point is that Mary is neither of both which is what you should be bothered with.

3. The Saints have passed on to glory. They are alive in heaven. They are not alive on earth.

When you are short of ideas to prove a point that doesn't exist you use subtle means to make me repeat myself.

I don't mind this but I don't have the luxury of time to entertain this beyond a certain point.

Luke 4:41 and Luke 9:20-21
Jesus refused son of God all called himself son of man
Either of these two must be wrong
the bible disseminating directly opposite messages, Holy?
To give clarity to the one that is most likely wrong, let me show u something.
Jesus wasn't the only son of God according to the bible
Exodus 4:22, God called all Israel my son
II Samuel 7:13-14 or I Chronicles 22:10
Jeremiah 31:9 Deuteronomy 14:1
Actually from above God has two first born
Ephraim and isreal(jacob)
Jesus wasn't even the first born
Now if bible refer to Israel as the Son of God, likewise Ephraim as the Son of God, why is it that only jesus is referred to as the Son even when he isn't the first born.

God has many sons
Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God:

Joh_1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Joh_1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Joh_3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh_3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Heb_11:17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,
1Jn_4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

You don't need to force a lie on us because your false argument is contradicting the Bible. You said Mary is not like God. The Bible said she is. The verse didn't mention "nature" or "holiness." You manufactured that. Even if it did, does God's nature exclude omnipresence?

Also do you believe that Mary knows all?

(be careful with your answer...so you don't contradict the Bible for the third time)
ByfireByfire:

Just pretend as though you don't know that this Scripture you quoted said nothing whatsoever to refute my comment you bolded.

Here's what you said:

When 1 billion Catholics pray the prayers don't enter the presence of God, angels and saints at the same time

Rev5:8 When he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell before the Lamb, each holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

The above is evidence that all Catholics and their prayers do enter the presence of God, Angels and Saints at the same time.

I just dunno why you expect me to believe you and disbelieve the bible.

Do believers share in the Divinity of God?

Does God's Divinity exclude his omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence or does it include them?

I see. You believe that Jesus who died and rose can intercede. You believe that the Holy Spirit can intercede. You believe that Christians on earth(who are still sinning) can intercede. But you believe that Christians who have gone to glory and now see God face to face cannot intercede. Lol.

Saints are like angels.

Do you believe that angels intercede?

The 24 elders in Rev5:8 that are carrying our prayers to God. They're not interceding?

Ol boi, you are confusing yourself.

First. Who told you that he did not test/examine/proof what he is talking about?

Second. The statement is precisely about prophecies. The church is prophetic and people will prophesy things that are not in the bible. The passage says that such things should be tested and what is good should be kept.

Third. The bible itself says in the last days God will pour out his spirit on all flesh and sons and daughters will prophesy and old people will dream dreams. So for you to reject such a prophecy which is from God because it is not in the bible is tantamount to rejecting God and even rejecting your precious bible which mentioned the opening of the floodgates of spirit.

Spirits must be tested. If people properly tested spirits rather than spout nonsense like 'touch not my anointed' when their pastors and churches are criticised then Worldwide 'christianity' wouldn't be such a joke.

1. Does the bible describe how you'll get to know the real dreamers??

2. Are u to follow the dreamers even when they oppose some things from the bible?

3. Y does the same Holy spirit tend to lead people or pastors differently?

Jesus gave us his Church to guide us. He gave his Church the power to bind and lose. He gave his Church the Holy Spirit to guide the Church in teaching Jesus' truth.

Jesus told his Church leaders: "he who hears you hears me."

So following The Church = following Jesus.

Yes, one billion angels can enter into the presence of ''GOD" at the same time "if" they pray in the spirit. That is why God is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient.

Do not put words into my mouth or twist my comment.
God is the only one who can answer prayers. No one else can.

Mary and the Angels can see us. Obviously as believers, we each have guardian angels. It is God that answers our prayers. The angels are mere messengers who God uses to deliver our requests unto us.
