Why spill so much personal details about someone who has not held any bank's management at ransome to influence their Mastercard rate? Why? Why not petition CBN who has clearly failed to do its job? Why can't CBN enforce the maximum margin of 3%(?) on their selling rate?

CBN has margin for cards and is between 0-3% of the official rate but banks are doing otherwise.
