Kindly send a mail to corporatesupport@interswitchng.com stating your transaction details i.e Amount, time, transaction ID if you have it or just forward the debit alert message you received from your bank. Interswitch should be able to sort it and your money returned to your account.
Note that You'll be required to provide some of the digits on your card (say first 6 and last 4).
