Hello all...

After a stress filled and trip to abuja and having succeeded in my embassy interview. After giving God all the glory in my hotel room, I went ahead to have a nice time in dia bar.
Later in d day when I was suppose to join a night bus to akure, I found out my bag is missing in my hotel room, couldn't leave again that night.

I reported at the police station the next day...but my collection date is on monday, I don't know if there is any other way I could get my visa and I will work on how to get my other papers in the bag back later.

I anticipate any suggestion or advise that u people have for me. I intentionally withheld names to protect myself and case with the hotel. Thanks!

You will get your visa, they might just need more identification documents or a police report that your stuff were stolen.

Maybe God is trying to tell you something that you don't want to hear

Documents in your name, national ID, drivers license, credit cards, just more stuff to show who you are

If they still don't give you, email embassy explain your problems, at least they have your fingerprints if they don't trust your word they might use this.

It's not such a big deal, just take it easy

This has happened to me before, all you need do is swear an affidavit and then a police report and your good to go.. Your passport will be given back to you at the collection center.

What of POE palava?...

You don't need that paper at the POE, all you need at the POE is passport and itinerary, not a visa collection paper.

what POE are you talking about?, if it POE at visa collection office, tell them your story and show them police report and affidavit..but if it's POE of your destination country, all you show them is your passport and it travel itinerary
