Finland is a very cool country (so they say).

Tell me, how is the standard of living in terms of;
Employment opportunity
Housing
Weather
Cost of living etc

Well relatively it is nice place but quite quiet and serene.
Standard of living in europe is definitely the most in the Scandinavia . I'm not sure about the figures but i think Finland is the third/fourth highest in Europe.

Housing depends on where you live. The same house in Helsinki ( the capital) might cost double of what it cost in Vaasa or Tornio ( next to sweden). If you study and have access to student apartments those are bit cheaper than regular ones.. When i moved and was studying i was paying about 300 euros a month for my apartment ( and please dont convert to Naira, it doesnt help ) .

Weather is from extreme heat in the summer ( hotter than what i experience in Nigeria sometimes hahaha) but in our winter , it could be as cold as -35 but mostly it peaks at -29 or -30. winter in 2010 peaked at -35 if i remember correctly. ( weather doesnt smile).

Employment: Usually if you have the right education and language skills and Permit , its easy to get a good job. ( language skills = you need good Finnish or swedish + nowadays they require good english as well)
