Same fuel that's in excess on many vessels waiting for buyer in sea is what you couldn't get readily. If we had a working refinery then we wouldn't have to incur extra cost that comes with refining oil in dollar domain, this alone could improve fuel prices by N10/Ltr. Ask yourself with oil selling for record low in a long time, do you think Benin, Togo,Ghana are experiencing scarcity? 90% of challenges faced by us are simulated by somebody somewhere making money from it. As Buhari brings change I expect these things to go away.

what i find puzzling is that despite the purposeful crusade against corruption, the economy is alleged to be facing a downturn and regrettably the helpless masses are feeling the negative impact already.
