Very correct. You won't believe what I'm doing for N3m (Villa Rosa). The thing is that I bought the structure and land for N800k and ensure* that the seller got a roof over his head before embarking on the journey because I knew he'll be wowed when he sees what I've turned his old property into. When the time is set, I'll upload pictures. It's a very exciting project.

But can I replicate the same for a client, yes and maybe but it'll be a very tough one.

I wonder why most people don't consider repurposing. Buy dirt cheap properties and remodel into something modern.

I have a Library of these Novels hoping my children will take interest in them (one asked me if they were supposed to be "inheritance"... the way l cherish them! ) but kids of today are too glued to their IPAD and Game Console, to even consider opening a paper-Back Novel.

Let me ask Hajji, where did you get the PDF of those Books? It would be appreciated if you can share the link?
I am thinking, maybe, just maybe, if l put it on the IPAD of these children, they might have a change of heart and read Novels.

My opinion on this is not going to be popular but I would absolutely use the services of Brabus if I could afford him.

I partly blame the clients in most of the snaffles I read. I simply don't think he can manage a turnkey project unsupervised, not because he's inept but because of various competing deliverables.
