seriously I don't blame managers oo but the players. Check out leicester city naa, only 2 players makes the team thick with their consistent productivity- Vardy and Mahrez. The worst is that they dont play flamboyantly oo, but the end product is their major concern with only my ARSENAL to have beaten 5-2 in their backyard this season after fighting off relegation last term

Yeah agree with you but not totally... In the case of Van Gaal it is partially his fault for refusing to evolve.... Why play a system/pattern that doesn't suit your team or some of your players? Leicester are a team with a sound and tactical manage who knows his team well and is not scared to tinker with his formation wish same could be said of Van Gaal and his boring Philosophy..... At times I want to back him up but sometimes I am forced to criticize him cause of his ego and pride... Imagine the amount sunk in rebuilding and yet he still hasn't built a team or side that has played free flowing football week in and week out.... Dunno if he is scared... If as a coach you can't get the best out of your players, then I think you don't deserve to be there..... Arsene Wenger as a coach has evolved as we have seen how he sets up his team when playing the so called Big four or top six if you would say..... So many things but I'd rather not spill all here.... Hope you get my point of view.

what you said about LVG is true and even the WENGER you mentioned is also guilty at times but don't forget that they are aged already, so a contributory factor at that matter, but my point is no matter the formation, why would super stars continue to fumble by conceding Chicky goals when you are not scoring? if the manager says play this pattern, to me that should end by the touch line oo and once you get into the pitch of play, do your thing and let the result speak for you and the same manager will end up praising your performance not minding that you didn't play his pattern
