With reference to a message sent out through LagMobile on Tuesday 14th December, 2015 concerning the payment of N3500 by the Newly Admitted students for branded T.shirt and Face Cap for their orientation programme, the University of Lagos Students' Union (#ULSU) hereby debunks the assertion that the N3500 fee is a compulsory payment for the freshers; the fee is 100% voluntary.

No student will be held liable for anything if he/she decides not to pay the fee, IT IS NOT COMPULSORY!

Kindly tell every new student you know to also tell their fellow new students, it is by choice.

You can always come to the Students' Union Building (#SUB) at any time to clarify information that is not clear to you.

Please remember that payment of school fees and all registration must be completed ON OR BEFORE 31st JANUARY, 2016., as there would be no extension of the date as announced by the Vice Chancellor.

As you pay your tuition fee, kindly pay your #ULSU due as well. You can pay at any branch of the following banks:

the form is.N25000 acceptance fee: N25000 tuition fee: N357,500 jupeb fee was N25000 during my time but I don't know how much it costs now. total:N432,500 minus bank charges.

that's unilag 4 u, n besides unilag as been running this programme 4 over 15years which makes them more experienced. In some years time those same schs collecting 200k will increase d cost of d programme

i used certificate, there's no statement of result for GCE....only online print out. but of ur sis is using it for next year admission, it should be ready b4 screening next year

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to all the Freshers. The only advice I'd give you guys is this; right from the blast of the whistle (start of the semester), start your intensive jacking. Take every assignment and test like it's your final exams. Meet with students in higher levels to tap from their experiences- past questions, materials and the approaches for different lecturers as they all have different styles. Be greedy for materials and read them, not hoard them. Most people don't get their bearing till second semester after which their 4 years' stay might have been ruined due to a terribly poor first semester's performance.
If you do all this, I would with all pleasure, welcome you to the League of First class students.
