Most likely, you are oblivious of the law, especially Nigerian Criminal Law. In almost all criminal cases, the accused is supposed to plead 'not guilty' thereby leaving the prosecution to prove the charges against the accused. Thus, Dasuki's not guilty plea does not change a thing, the prosecution now has the onus of showing the court otherwise.
