Interesting!! Between November 16th when the first post was published and now - December 16th - the price per plot has increased from 500,000 naira per plot to 700,000 per plot! And you are calling it a promo...can everyone see what I am seeing??! shocked

We run promo plot basis (specific number of plots I.e. When the target number of plot is achieved) and not time frame sir, value of property (other estates around there) is higher than our current promo price.

Effective from January 2016

Outright Payment Plan (You get allocation and can start work immediately)
Price: N800,000

Installment Payment Option 1 (10 months installment - You get allocation upon 75% payment)
Price: N1.2Million
with an initial deposit of N300,000 and the balance of N100,000 per month for the next 9 months.

Installment Payment Option 2 (15 months installment - You get allocation upon 75% payment)
Price: N1.5Million
with an initial deposit of 100,000 and the balance of N100,000 per month for the next 14 months.



While Eastwood Gardens, Eleranigbe phase 2 outright payment plan is N300,000 per plot

Any property that is within gazette extension is safe as you can apply for your own personal CofO or do ratification with respect to the gazette released since it's just few meters from the existing gazette (if collectively up to 50acres and above can apply for another gazette with reference to the one released)
