Who decides you are hardworking or not?Hope you are aware there are standards that needs to be adhered to, those that fall below these standards can be termed lazy and these standards are set by all stakeholders. Its Internationally sactioned and even countries that have functional implementation of policies make sure that private school also adhere to it. These is the problem we have caused largely by the previous Government that look the other side as private teachers are exploited and degraded people are not only underemployed and over used but also brainwashed to believe the illegality done to them is hard work. So Mr lesson Teacher when you have 12 lesson notes with unending sessions coupled with multiple subjects and classes such that from 7.30am to 5 pm you are teaching non stop and you get home to prepare leson notes and you need rest when will you face you lesson when school also has its own lesson? And your pay per lesson per day for the whole school is 500 naira and your monthly salary is 25k subject to deductions which cannot be explained.

Empty huff huff budget and projections. Already there are hundreds of thousands of teachers and graduate out there begging to be employed/underemployed in non existent vacancies! I would have asked where will the 500k projected teachers be placed and who and how they will be paid? This budget will fail the test of scrutiny! A budget lacking in specifics beyond the rhetoric of change!
