This is all bull of course and is just an attempt by El Rufai to airbrush his past foolishness.

If I take a screen cap pic of any Web page it automatically becomes mine and so does not break any infringement . This is similar to a situation where I video a TV screening event and post it on YouTube. Even though the main content I wish to share is not my property but as long as I video it and show the surrounding it can't be taken as the original work.

Google has been censoring searches for months now most notably the video "Open Borders" which depicts the real faces of so called migrants to Europe and have been using copyright infringement to block access via their search engines and chrome browsers.

Maybe we need to be screen grabbing Google searches now as well.
