2tons of 16mm for the beam,1ton of 12mm for the raft ring and half ton for the 10mm still have left over

Thank you, but dont you think 12mm for the ring of your raft is too much considering 10mm for the ring while 16mm will be for the base and 12mm will be for the ribs.
