I don't even want to think about it that the federal government/NYSC are owing corp members their monthly stipends (alawee).
Presently am serving bauchi state, and as am typing this write up, the federal government are yet to pay for the November allowance to my best of knowledge the problem is particular with those members using Diamond bank.
Lots of corpers are stranded in various villages of Bauchi state, because they have no means to travel for the holiday.
If youths can leave their homes and comfort zones to be part of the NYSC scheme, least encouragement govt can do is to pay as at when due.
I serve in a village where their is no single bank or ATM.
I don't know if other corp members in other state has same issue.
If yes, we should let people in authority know what's happening.
Maybe Baba PMB doesn't even know what's happening.
If FG is also owing you, pls join the train and tell us what's happening in your state.
