My cousin complain same thing few months back. when he rubbed his hands on the bedsheet the stuff wil start sparking light and the guy ran to my room but when I went there nothing happen. I dont really know what is responsible for that.

It's no big deal. It happens all the time, especially in dry weather. That's as a result of static electricity. An exchange of charges between your skin and the dry fabric.

Cheap China bedsheets made of part polyester part cotton. Usually sold in traffic creates static.

Why you think people who buy pure cotton sheets are wasting money is beyond me.

Pls look for something more reasonable to raise alarm over abeg.
