Im trying to upgrade to lollipop I've downloaded the ROM and everything but when I want to flash it on my phone ...after plugging in my phone through my usb for the download it will still be telling me plug in your phone ...I tried 2 USB cords the same thing ...I use both USB on the system to transfer music before how come? I'm just tired of infinix self

I am having problems rooting my hot note x551 lollipop, most recent update. 16 + 1 version. Anything I try to flash the recovery img, I keep getting error from the sp flash signalling wrong recovery file. Pls who has successfully done his own shud guide me accordingly. Thanks
