One million is on a high side. My friend did samething last year for 500k. The package comes with security job, accommodation. According to him his salary is around $400 if converted to $. Paying 500k or 1m to get $400 job is ridiculous. It might take you 4 to 5 years to save back the money. Anyway that is what our leaders turned our country to.

No he can't transact with the embassy. He needs someone in dubai to help him get a job in dubai. If the company in dubai accepts him , then they'll process his employment visa at the immigration office in dubai.

The visa only takes 5 working days to be issued.


Or he can go with a visit/tourist visa , when he gets a job in dubai . The Company can then process his visa.


As his in Naija now , he can't walk up to uae/dubai embassy for visa, He needs a sponsor to apply his visa.

The only case when he can be eligible to walk up to uae/dubai immigration for visa, is if his a resident of uae/dubai and wants to sponsor a friend or relative visa .

Well , once he get his employment visa and pass medical test. He will be issued a 2 years residence permit and PATAKA
