let them just finish everything (txt message, camp training/documentation) by January, 2016 and save us this high B.P. Habba! It's taking them too long na. One would have thought that NSCDC would follow suit when NPS called for camp training May this year. I just don't know why my source don't want to come out plain. Second degrees, professionals qualifications and the likes. Not sure if it affect the paramilitaries but the circular is out from fed that they won't place any B.SC holder with ican, anan etc. on level 10 that all will place them all as a graduate on level 8 step 2

am for NIS,but dont said no is going,a alot of things is going on in interior ministry ie promotion examinations for NIS,verification of certificates/last promotion issue in NSCDC.my brother who is a friend to New commandant of Civil defence collect my CV and he specifically mention NSCDC.and i dont have option than to accept it,since NIS disappoint us,
