JesusDWay: Please, are these the only provinces that can nominate a foreign worker without relative or job offer in Canada? Is any one of them open now? Zandora, Etfash, JesusDway, Shyee and others. |

SlowlybtSurely: The rest aren't so open as these ones, they require you already there and have a job or must have schooled there or you have gotten a job in Canada from your home country |

Hello guys, Please I have a problem submitting the application for PT NOI from Ontario. The application guide states that the application fee of $1,500 CAD which must be submitted along with the application package. Acceptable Methods of Payment in the guide is through Money Order; Cashier/Certified Cheque; Postal Money Order; OR Bank Draft. Opportunities Ontario will not accept: Cash; Personal cheques; Credit card payments; OR Any amount of funds other than $1,500. Can someone advise me on the best method of payment considering I'm applying from Nigeria. Any advise will be highly appreciated as deadline is fast approaching. Thanks |

You don't need an SIN, however, there is a unique code for express entry applicant that is required. It's been a long while I created my profile; others who created theirs of recent would be in better position to guide you through on --how to retrieve the code. |

Woohoo!!! Someone I applied to SINP EE Category for this December has been nominated by the province already, left for him to get ITA when the next draw is done. Everyone who's interested should go to their website and familiarize yourself with the procedure, create your profile, fill the forms and attach them such that as soon as they announce it has been opened, you just enter and click submit. I wish everyone who's applied but yet to get a decision the best outcome. 8 Likes |

Hello house. Compliments of the season to you all. Please I need direction on what to do. We have been able to create our EE profile and entered the pool and we received a mail from Ontario province asking us to apply. Issue now is,we can't seem to find the link on their website where we are to apply. Please can anyone in the house who has done this Ontario application help with this link or how to get the link. Also any additional information that can assist us will be highly appreciated. Thanks. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello everyone, Attention: JesusDWay et.,al. More than 65% of my settlement fund has been on ground for a while (I've been gathering it since August ) However, I am raising the balance from the sale of a property I bought long ago. My questions: 1) Wouldn't the SINP's requirement for Settlement funds (funds must have been sitting in Principal applicant's account for at least 3 months before the application) negatively impact on the outcome of my application? 2) Do you guys think a convincing supporting documents would do any good? 3) What about OINP? I honestly don't even want to take a chance with those guys seeing they might just go ahead and swallow my $1,500.00 without blinking an eye. I will appreciate your response(s). |

Emeraldchic: It's a paper application so, there's no link on their website to apply. Follow the guidance provided in the pdf application guide, you can gain access by using the below link: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_HOW.html |

Etfash: 1) They insist on it being 3months before application and is 99% certain it will affect the outcome of your application 2) I've not seen anyone it worked for, they mostly insist on the 3months 3) That will be your decision to take. Research which professions are high priority in Ontario, skills that are in shortage and then see whether your own occupation has an advantage. Gather as many info as possible then make your decision 1 Like |

Edgeoftomorrow: After you are done with the first page, you will see 'Move to Next Set of Applications', click on it and it will take you to where you will see where to upload the Federal Forms. Note that in that same place, you will see where you are asked to create screen for each dependent including your spouse, you create their own screen and upload their birth certs and passport data page. Wish you success in your application endeavour 2 Likes |

SlowlybtSurely: They seem to sometime ago chose those who applied to them but with IT Skills. They are running away cuz it's a small place, with just a population of 150k and surrounded by water which gives out there might not be many opportunities available there. Someone once joked that, except you want to be fishing and hunting, that's when you'll opt for PEI. However, some thought one can use it to enter Canada first and then find another later |

Hi everyone, good to know a new thread has been open. I applied for the FSW 2014 in Aug. It got approved and accra further requested for more documents such as my salary statement from my bank while I worked in my former company. A new account balance statement showing it covered the required family amount and pictures showing the exterior and interior of my former company with the companies CAC letter showing their registration number #phew. Note: i already sent pay slips from the company, employment letter and letter from the company stating duration, salary, role etc. At this point I sent everything including a letter from the company stating that my salary was mainly paid in cash during the period. They later replied me after 30 days in sept 2015 and told me to provide the salary statement showing payment from my previous company that paid me in cash or else my application would be rejected . I got really confused because the salary at the time wasn't much so therefore the day they pay, we start spending without even saving. Luckily I got my former boss to write another letter again stating I was mainly paid by cash, a few times by cheque. He backed it up by printing the companies statement which reflected my cheque withdrawals on some months and a transfer done into my acct while i was away on a project. A lawyer also ascertained my claims by notorizing the statement. I also wrote a letter indicating every documents sent. The docs where initially mailed as requested, but had to post them since they requested it to be posted. It got delivered since Oct 15 2015, and i am yet to hear from them again. I know it might take another 3 months, but someone might just learn from my experience. You can add any advice, it will be highly appreciated 1 Like |

kart042000: I think you are good. Accra is presently doing background check on you to be sure your information is genuine. I have same almost same issue. Applied in August 2014 as you, did medicals in June 2015 only for them to come back asking same question about my wife . We replied and they came back again 2 more times asking for the same questions: addresses, work places etc and we provided them also 3 different times. Last correspondence was in September 2015. To God be the Glory, last week Accra came back with Passport request. So my advise is for you to relax. If you know truly that your submission is genuine. Just relax. They will come to you for the next step. They will not turn you down without 100% assurance that your submission is fake or accept you without being sure that your doc is 100% genuine. These guys will not leave anything leaf unturned to ascertain their thought or suspicion. Good luck Do good for good to come your way 5 Likes |
