Buhari's first presidential media has laid to rest the true instigator of disobedience to court orders by the DSS Buhari has proven Kanu right that Nigeria is a lawless nation Buhari has proven Fayose right that Buhari will destroy democracy in Nigeria Buhari has proven Jonathan right that Nigerians will have to make a choice between an era when rule of law is disregarded and an era when rule of law is uphold Buhari has proven that the imprisonment of the minority shittes leader has his backing and that justice won't be given to the murdered shittes At least nobody can doubt all anti Buhari forces that Buhari is a leopard who can't change its nature. ON THE CASE OF KANU It is has become clear to Nigerians that Kanu has proven to the world that when he calls Nigeria a lawless nation, he is right. Buhari should take note that he has successfully recruited more members for Kanu a thing Jonathan wisely avoided by not confronting Kanu but addressing the marginalization of Igbos unlike Buhari who called the people of SS/SE 5% and appointed more Northerners than Easterners and yet asked the most senseless question of the century ( WHO IS MARGINALIZING IGBOS ). 3 Likes |

It's not a new thing to disobey court orders especially when national security is at stake. USA, UK, Russia and many advanced democracies have all disobeyed court orders at some point when it's issue of national security. So, Baba is on point on this one. Love him or hate him, what you see is what you get. No deceit! I love it that the president is unmistaken on what awaits the treasury looters and those who threaten our unity/security. They deserve no justice from the constitution they themselves violated just because the judiciary is very compromised. Btw, Kanu called Nigeria a zoo, so what type of justice apart from jungle justice does he expect the zoo to grant him? |

Truth be told. People are overly sensational about this matter. Buhari might not be the most eloquent, but by the time his minister shed more light on this you will see there is nothing illegal in re arresting some one on bail from another charge(s) for entirely new chsrge(s) So let's not politicise the fight against terrorism/indiscipline/corruption |

Pidggin: There can't be any rule of law when we have judges that don't abide by it themselves. We forgot the judge that fined a thief that stole #2 billion of the laws money #500 ,000 when thousands of pensioners are dying did he apply rule of law when they are stealing no. |

You cant even trust the typist in a Nigerian court. The highest bidder justice system can be glorified. If he trust our judicial system we would not be here. Sometimes these people go to court with charms to confuse the judges so it not only a physical battle it spiritual as well . |
Re: BUHARI/DSS And The Destruction Of The Judiciary by Pidggin(f): 9:29am On Dec 31, 2015 |
slimfit1: Do you understand the implications of his disobedience to the rule of law? He has no excuse for not obeying the decisions of the court. This is not about his own judgements, it's not about his feelings on the issue, it is about upholding our judiciary, which he is refusing to do because he is a DICTATOR 3 Likes 1 Share |
