To be sincere , It's is wrong to remove a suckling child from the mother who is alive and mentally sound without medical and legal rights no matter what!!! Both parties should made to face the law ( Davido family and dele momodu). What matter most is the safety of the child , the mother and father should have been taking to rehab. Some one would serve as a special guardian to the baby either the parent are legally married or not. This is a serious case that can get someone in the adeleke jailed!!! Yes!!!! It's is simply called child theft, if they are doing what's right the Aunty shouldn't have accepted that she is the child mother in front of immigration. My question now I that .....

1-Who issued the visa?
2- Did the Visa application has the baby mama consent letter enclosed before the Visa was issued?
3- Did the both parent undergo drug test?

1) In some cultures,if u Av nt paid a woman's bride price,d child she has for u will be for the girl's family,dnt knw why all dis baby mama trend?,must we copy every tin we see d westerners do?

Immigration stopped them on the grounds that the mother's consent was not given.At other times,consent would have been given by the mother,for them to have travelled.
