A guy who had got himself drunk was driving past and suddenly, he hit a concrete slab close to a river which is located at the side of the road. The car which was already greatly damaged began to bring out flames. To prevent the car from being totally burnt, it was pushed into the river. The guy is still alive at the moment but in hospital.
