Please brothers and sisters help me oh! Up till now i can't see my ielts result.I sat for the test on 5th of December and is still showing "no result found". I don't know what else to do.

I contacted british council abuja about my results and this was the reply.
We refer to your IELTS test of 5th December 2015.

As part of the quality control procedures designed to protect the integrity and security of the IELTS test, test results are routinely analysed before they are issued to candidates.

Unfortunately your result is still being processed so it has not been possible to analyse it yet. The analysis will be conducted when the processing of your result is completed. Test Report Forms will be issued to candidates from 4th of January, 2016.

Please note that it is specified in the Declaration signed by candidates on the Application Form that there may be occasions when it is necessary to issue a result more than 13 days after the test.

Please accept our apologies for this delay.

Just passing by Education section and i came across this thread. Guess my 1cent opinion too will bless and encourage someone. But 1st off , here are my scores:

Listening 9.0
Reading. 6.5
Speaking 7.0
Writing. 7.0

Overall 7.5

I wrote the test in lagos july this year with about a month of practise.

yes,that where there problem is,they don't pick calls,they don't reply mails.i think u should go to the british council in abuja,if u need the result urgently.

i just took the ielts exam. i booked 7 weeks before my test date and i practiced with their free online tutorials and the hard copies of their study materials which i bought at the british council office in Lagos. I didnt put my self under any pressure within that 7 weeks as i was studying as i read anytime i felt like and i also checked a couple of some websites given in another ielts thread for this exam to add to my knowledge. I took the general training option and in the end i had my results as follows:

L - 7.5
W - 7.5
R - 7.5
S - 7.0


i was not so happy with the Listening and reading results cos i was expecting at least an 8.0 band score for them. I may ask for a remark before the deadline but i am still considering some things.

Wow! Congratulations Sir, but I had advised u let it go, thank God u av @least 7.0 in each section and with 7.5overall score, u av met almost any kind of english proficiency test requirement. So just let it go, lift it to God and let him bless ur hustle

I am yet to receive my TRF and I need it urgently. Please is there any thing I can do to facilitate the process?
My test center was Benin(DEC 5th) and I am in Onitsha at present.

@cephas.. please was there a delay in the release of ur results in july? because I noticed that there is a big margin btw ur scores 6.5 and 9.0.

it's valid for two years.

I am just asking because my results for 5th dec 2015 exams is been delayed. I read somewhere that your results could be delayed if u scored a 9.0 in one of ur band or when the difference btw ur scores is more than 1.5
for example- if u score 8.0 and 6.0 as ur highest and lowest score.

Well, probably dats not totally true, cos like I said, I didn't experience any delay. I wrote in lagos tho
