It is a sorry case for Nigerians who recently opened a petition asking for President Muhammudu Buhari's resignation. It is a pity that most Nigerians wobbles in deceit and derailed from facts! The judiciary system of Nigeria is in shambles! How can a man that stole billions of naira all in the name of arms deal #dasukigate be granted bail! Kudos to DSS for a job well done! Isn't that stupid of a nation trying to clear its name from international corruption list! How can a man that almost plunge a nation into the 2nd civil war all in the name of fighting for Biafra be freed without proper interrogation! Infact Nigeria judiciary system is a sham! Singing: Nigerians go see white and tell you say that thing red! Tell me something I no know! Rich man go de ha la say mo dupe! Poor go de cry ha wahala re! Rich man wea still money we no de see their for CRIME fighter! Poor wea steal money we de see their names for cry fighter tell me something I no know! You guys are easily carried away by emotions in whatever Buhari does. Granting Dasuki bail is not a big deal, it's just a court order to let him enjoy some freedom until when proven guilty of the accused crime and not clearing him of any charge at all. Why can't you APC warriors understand this simple issue? 6 Likes |

I think we need to turn our attention to the Judges too, they have set us back for too long and we must put an end to it. We need to compile a dossier of Justices notorious for granting treasury looters bail and frivolous injunctions. When we have their records, we will prevent them from further perverting Justice by making sure no high profile case is assigned to them. We should henceforth pay attention to Judges that cases are assigned to, and raise alarm once its one of the crooked Judges. The mass media and mass protest are avenues which we could use to show our disdain and put pressure on this criminals, Turn up the heat on Crooked Judges. Below are the names of two Judges who we/Nigerians are better off without. Ibrahim Buba, Ibrahim Buba, a judge of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, he granted a perpetual injuction and restrained the EFCC from “investigating, detaining or prosecuting” Odili’s for massive corruption charges brought against him. Marcel Awokulehin, The biggest judicial shenanigans occurred in the case of Ibori, who governed Delta State from 1999 to 2007. He was freed on all the 170 charges preferred against him by the EFCC by a judge, Marcel Awokulehin, of the FHC Asaba. But in 2012, Ibori was sentenced to 13 years in prison by a London court on similar charges. Join the struggle to make your country better, help rid your country of systemic corruption, you have leaved a miserable life for too long, turn up the heat on all corrupt elements so that your country will improve and you can see what living like a human is like, torch light the Judicial system, they have had it too easy for too long. Bail does'nt mean the case is over and the person baiiled has won. Buhari needs to be properly educated cos he seems not to understand that |

Buhari is not fit to be a president. Hypocrisy is when you cheered Buhari when he was influencing the courts to cancel pdp victories in certain states and now calling the courts incompetent over Kanu and dasukis bail 1 Like |

Judiciary should be scrapped sef. How can somebody steal 30 trillion naira and pay 5 million naira fine? Bet me, if dasuki is allowed to go free by 2019 pdp will come out to tell us that the war against corruption was just a blatant lie since nobody was jailed 1 Like |

"The new method of prosecution being applied by the federal government is explained as follows: If you steal yam, meat, egg, rice and the government is aware, they will arrest you for stealing only yam, sue you to court. In a month or two you procure bail for stealing yam. You get arrested and get sued for stealing meat. Maybe in another two months you get a bail, then you get arrested for stealing egg and the process continues"-tuale4u This guy and barcanista have explained everything. Its now left for you to take it or leave it 1 Like |

Lordave: You dont get it. He was granted bail for one of the tens of the charges and now he was arrested again for another charge. We will use this method to suck them dry before they are finally jailed for their crimes against humanity! |

dazdilijae:Kindly point out where it's written in the constitution that criminal charge splitting is wrong?.... I'm sure you guys are really happy thinking Buhari doesnt know what he's going?.... I really love the way the FG is silent over these trending allegations regarding flouting of court orders. Just the same way the rich who stole billions have manupulated the loopholes in the constitution to get only a slap on the wrist using their superpowerful legal teams, the FG under Buhari has now stepped up its game by exploiting those same constitutional loopholes to hound the devilish treasury looters to the greatest dismay of the supporters and sympathizers of these devils. Haven't you ever wondered the role of legal luminaries like Prof Itse Sagay as Buhari's legal adviser on the war against corruption?... 2 Likes |

obailala: You get it all wrong my friend, no one says the looters should go free but do it according to the law. Why arrest when you don't have the needed evidence to jail or convict? If our security and crime fighting agents do a good job the judiciary won't give bails but when. You don't have enough evidence you resort to dis obeying court orders. Everyone know Tinubu is a criminal but the evidence to convict him was not available when he was taken to CCB so he was released. That's the rule of law. The president should never had opened his mouth on the issue because he is not the EFCC or DSS by given flesh to the action he has spoil the case. No matter how many charges levelled against them if the evidence is not available no Judge would convict dem. Today it's the big names and once they succeed in doing the splitting your neighbour you had a fight with would sue you for fighting then when you are bailed arrest you for assault after that re arrest you for injures to his eye during the fight. What is wrong is wrong there is no short cuts to winning the anti corruption war. If laws have to be amended the executives should draft the bill and send to the NASS not act like he is all in all. The last time I checked the constitution still say everyone is innocent till found guilty by a court of law so if one is innocent by law no amount of media/ public crucifixion can change that. It is better to save an innocent life than redress a wrong after death. Even our lord Jesus Christ was crucified because the high class accused him and used their powers to spread the falsehood and the people shouted crucify him based on what they were informed today billions of people are worshipping his name (not comparing. Just a lesson) Lesson: not all sound is Noise but all noise are sound. Let the law take its proper cause. 2 Likes |

dazdilijae: Which part of the constitution are your referring to? The EFCC has learnt from Ibori's case where a rogue judge quashed all 171 charges and set the man free only for the criminal to escape to Dubai. Now, charges are filed in piecemeal so that no rogue judge will derail the anti corruption drive. If Dasuki is granted bail again, he will be re-arrested. So start getting used to it. #Nigerian judiciary is a disgrace. |

dazdilijae:The law that has someone who steals billions and ruins millions of lives go home freely with a slap on the wrist fine of less than a million?.... meanwhile maggi thieves spend 20 years in prison awaiting trial and the lucky ones get tried and sentenced to 10 years for stealing maggi or indomie?.... Is that law?.. is that justice?... if that's what rule of law is, then Bleep the rule of law. I am in total support of the latest strategy being used in prosecuting these 'untouchable' thieves. Enough is enough of these big thieves spending the money they stole from Nigerians in hiring super lawyers who will always manipulate constitutional loopholes and set them free. Besides, you keep saying 'disobeying court orders,' do you really think the FG doesnt know what it's doing?... do you really think they dont have legal backing for their actions? |
