hmmmmn, About your question, your chances of AKWA IBOM is very slim compared to ENUGU and LAGOS because it might be assumed that you 'don b area boy' for South south zone, so you need a dose of fresh air

About where you could be posted to,

ENUGU because it is outside ur zone and as first choice since 95% of those who got their first choices where actually outside their zones

AKWA IBOM because it is second choice and falls between 2nd and 3rd choices which are usually the focal point of deployment based on B15

LAGOS as 3rd choice is also a focal point and because it is third choice, it could be thought that you don't want it hence you will then get thrown there
