3) Although I haven't had a 1-1encounter with police, I can't count the numerous times I have been in the car while they drag their madness with the driver or owner of the cars. I am referring to private cars.

4) I have experienced a similar situation with a soldiers several times and in most cases I end up winning the struggle

5) It is not just politeness. You will need more than that. Maybe it is my personality, at least that is what I have been told

The IGP should not just ban accessing of phone. Police should create digital department that understand electronic language. Where for example, a stolen phone can traced through IMEI of the phone and that of SIM. The cell of the networks Where the last call originated can be trace.

In my state Bayelsa it is common among all police men. They intimidate commercial bus driver, taxi drivers and the keke drivers to roger them 100 naira. This is becoming unbearable for me, and believe me one food day I will challenge the police even though it involves them infringing on my fundamental human rights.
