Apple19: Your best bet is moneygram, as things are now the landing cost is 210-212 which is the best deal available, if you can get multiple people to send so you can send all your money down that will be the cheapest Black market is 265 today which is cheaper than the banks so coming to swipe your card is the most expensive of all Good luck |

akelvin: Akelvin, i also had the same encounter, after applyong discount had to pay $474 Cos We werethere for 3 days cos of CS Plus hearing test. And das given deadline to pay or loose d discount. After much going back and Forth, had to pay. My observation is Just that they are more efficient than d Anaesthesia And Brown & Associates people in preparing bills, revieving payment and issuing zero bal & revisor. Wen i waited endlessly for d Anaeathesia to come collect Dir Money b4 discharge and didnt show up, had to stop by at their Office at Fountainview on Westheimer Road to make payment today on our way from passport Office. |

@Vcole Please dearest, One more thing,I actually got a bathroom scale to check what my luggage weighs, asides of luggage baby's entitled too. Mine are; hand luggage- 8kg, 1st box- 23.9kg and,2nd box- 30.8kg, also have a large hand bag. Do you have any idea what I would be looking at regards payment for excess luggage? Or am I better off getting an extra box so i might as well pay for excess, if it amount to the same charges for a little extra, or an entirely added luggage. Hoping this isn't Jamb question. :-/. Thanks a bunsh! |

Thanks vcole. Cos I read a few pages back about Air France's policy of insisting pregnant passengers must get fit to fly from Port Health. So if the one from my hospital is not recognised, don't wanna waste my money paying a lot for it. Will just head to the airport early enough... Please has anyone flown Air france lately? Any helpful info? |

Thanks @favouredgal for your help, may the Lord bless your knowledge. @All, was at Lufthansa office yesterday and asked repeated questions about their pregnancy policy. The lady (feeling and looking tired sef) said their policy is to fly pregnant women even till their 36th week. So asked why preggy mamas are being embarrassed (@firsttymum), she siad it depends on thier "instinct". That if they suspect the Mama might be untruthful about their week(as in bigger Tommy) or might be carrying multiple and declared single and they suspect, then they'll send the person back or ask to see their own doctors report (Julius begger Hosp or so). Also, if the individual is looking sick or swollen feet even before boarding, they won't want to take chance. So I think they use their "instinct" rather than policy. So she said in case am not convinced, I can go with my Doctor's report, still fill their own medical form and print also get fit to fly from port health. If they ask for any, I can always have them handy. Also adviced I have photocopy of all. I paid ,$1543.96 (#308,789) or so at the rate of #200/$1 I think. return ticket to dallas. I feel this info might help someone. ......goodmorning and have a waddling-filled day 1 Like |

Hi. You are on the right track getting the bathroom scale. I did the same myself. Your hand luggage is fine. They may not even weigh that as long as it doesn't look too "loaded" lol! They would most likely waive the 0.9kg excess, but the 30.8 won't be waived. The policy is $100 for overweight bags >23 kg and < or = 32kg. this is for your regular checked in allowance. Extra luggage (23kg limit) costs $200. An extra bag is basically an additional checked in bag. I think you are allowed to check in a maximum of 7 extra bags at $200 each. Now, if that extra bag is overweight (>23kg and < or = 32kg) you would be charged an additional $100. Making an extra overweight bag charge of $300. I hope my explanation is detailed enough. LOL! I travelled on BA DFW-LOS with my sis inlaw and my mom. we had 15 checked in boxes between us so I dissected their baggage policy well. oyin3: 1 Like |

Hey, I know hormones and stress may be kicking in but I think you should chill out though seeing as you don't wanna ward off other helpful folks. Your comments on Bigfido's posts are coming off as "rude-ish" My 2 cents though. No offence. ccurrie: 11 Likes |

firsttymum: Not sure bentaub bills are straight forward. My good friend had a terrible experience with them late 2013. Do make sure you confirm their rates and agree with them first. To avoid stories that touch. |
