TonyeBarcanista:there are no ijaws in Rivers state, u guys better relocate back to Bayelsa where u guys came from, Rivers state its for igboid tribes no ijaws allowed, the flow of power has been proof the last time an ijaw man ruled Rivers was when Bayelsa and Rivers were joined together, u guys had d chance to go and rule yourselves but the greed of an ijaw man wudnt let him, u were scared of loosing the properties u looted using d machination of state. No Ijaw man can ever rule Rivers state again if u want ti rule go and contest in Bayelsa. Am not surprised about ur actions there was a time u thieves were saying Ogoni people were ijaws am happy they stopped u land grabbers now u want to bring it to oyigbo.... we wud love to see u try, we d real indegenes and rivers people dont hv time for all dz threads its only doz irreoevant people who have low self esteem that are busy opening up threads everyday about either Southsouth or Niger delta or Biafra or Ipob or whatever. 2 Likes |

Someone saying igbo land starts and ends in Southeast is the same as the person saying ijaw land starts and ends in Bayelsa. its only this new generation dat doesn't know the actions and drama dat played following the creation of Rivers state, the people involved, the people who protested. Ijaws u people know u are not true Rivers sons at heart, u people want to create a new state oil Rivers and Bayelsa because of selfish reasons, get ur state 1st then we wud discuss. 2 Likes |

mechy:People don't seem to understand how far Ikwerres have gone. The best Igbos can get from Ikwerre os one of brotherhood. An Ikwerre man can play Oliver de coque and Osadebe more than an Nnewi man but he is Ikwerre first and foremost. That's how strong the Ikwerre awareness is. There will have to be a catalytic event before majority of Ikwerre people will see themselves as Igbo. |

iconize:Ignoramus, Okrika alone has TWO exclusive LGAs (Okrika and Ogu/Bolo), and also shared PH LGA with Ikwerres. PHALGA has two seats in RSHA, Ikwerre produce one and Okrika produce one. This is just Okrika o, not to talk of the Ijaws as a whole in RVS. Like I said, you are an ignoramus. I'm sure Nnamdi Kanu didn't tell you this. |

TonyeBarcanista: Smackhead, channel your frustrations and anger to Hopeathand. Go berserk on him for saying you folks have got just four wards. I basically don't care about the politics of Rivers state. I'm only concerned about your alcohol-crazed as*s deciding who's from Rivers and who's not from Rivers - even as you're originally not from there. |

TonyeBarcanista:lol... I can sense the frustration, una small Islands don tire una na to dae thief oda ppl lands dae hungry una. Go back to bayelsa go and develop ijaw land. Bayelsa despite all the oil money is still a village, it wud keep paining u ppl, trying to force us to deny our igboness. Land grabbing thief. 1 Like |

I am just surprised, no Oyigbo man on Nairaland or outside Nairaland has ever denied being igbo, but its non Oyigbo people. why are these people taking panadol for another mans headache. Back when Oyigbo was part of Abia(old imo state) I guess u guys referred to them as igbos but the moment they were joined to Rivers state they stopped being igbos. We have all moved on and accepted our fate as Rivers people but this land grabbing irrelevant thieves from d flooded region wont mind his islands but want to speak for us... Let thunder strike ur entire generation. |

Afam4eva: You are on point bro. An Ikwerre man knows who he is. But Nigerian politics is too steep in emotional tribalism and identity crisis and this is a huge clog on the wheel of progress. If the Igbos will focus and build on …..., the process of reconciliation will occur naturally. However, I don’t think it is appropriate to shove down our opinion on anybody. |

TonyeBarcanista:But you do agree with me that holding down Nnamdi Kanu after a competent court of law has released him is highhandedness and a huge disrespect for judiciary and a shame to democratic principles ? |
Re: There Are Igbos In South South- Buhari by TonyeBarcanista(m): 10:55am On Jan 05, 2016 |
Truckpusher: Errm, I wish so but unfortunately it isn't. Honestly, I checked both judgement critically. The first came after DSS withdrew its case from magistrate court after securing justice Ademola order to detain Kanu for three months while investigation was ongoing. The magistrate had no choice but to discharge the case based on DSS request but the High Court already gave order to detain him. The second came after the High Court judge vacated his order to detain Kanu for three months without charging him to court. What the DSS did was to charge Kanu to court and detain him. If they had detained Kanu without charging him, then we can say the DSS flouted the court order. |

HopeAtHand:I don't know why they keep masturbating over Rivers State issue. Even the street urchins amongst them will tell you boldly to your face that they own Port Harcourt. I'm just waiting for the day Brick house will tax hell out of these people let them understand that they're strangers and must respect themselves. Did you notice how empty and easy it is right now to navigate through Port Harcourt after they left to celebrate their new year in their homeland? Can't wait to be in Brick house one day - dem go hear whin! |

Truckpusher: Driving in PH is now a pleasurable activity. You get to appreciate sanity. Igbos cannot sit back and and develop Igboland, and when you give them an enabling environment they start misbehaving themselves. My kind of governor never enter seat. How i wish Awuse made it. |
Re: There Are Igbos In South South- Buhari by Ginoo: 11:58am On Jan 05, 2016 |
Okrika And Kalabari are partly Igbo and ijaw people so they are not ijaw . majority of them speak Igbo as first or second Language. there are no Kalabari person that would ever say that he or she is an Ijaw person never. the reason i still maintain that Tony Baracanista is not from Okrika because i know Okrika people very well majority of there men marry igbo ladies and can never hate Igbo people like Tony Baracanista am 100% sure he is from Yoruba 2 Likes 1 Share |

HopeAtHand:Lol, Awuse was just too loud about it - When you want to do things of that nature , you simply keep quiet about it and only subtly apply your pricinples while shouting that they are your friends. You can even say that without them that Rivers State is nothing while keeping them permanently in a confused state. Before they will understand what you're all about it would have been too late - All they will do is to murmur . They spent money to ensure that Sergeant Awuse's ambition didn't see the light of the day . |
