OP, there is nothing like safest and most private estates on your list. All the estates you mentioned are not safe for one single reason, 90% of the residents are corrupt politicians, their private sector business partners in crime and their beneficiaries and they have attracted members of their gangs, pimps and call girls called Lagos "big girls". Girls and women get raped in the mansions where orgies take place. 1004 on Victoria Island is the safest estate so far in Lagos. 1 Like |

francababy post=416623488 : I do property development and consultations on the island so I can guide you. Depending on your budget size then the safest for reasons based on electricity and security plus aesthetics would be; Parkview - ikoyi Osbourne forshore - ikoyi Pinnock beach estate- jakande lekki area Nicon town - ikate Carlton gate -chevron Nothern foreshore - chevron Royal gardens estate - Ajah Crown estate - Sangotedo Fara park - Abijo And finally the very popular Amen estate - Eleko Now some of these estates have restrictions on the kind of structure you can put up in them. Whatever your needs are per property dont hesitate to let me know. Cheers 5 Likes |

Demmocrats: Stop the envy and face your tlc. Everybody checks Nairaland. Even outside Nigeria, foreigners who have never being to Nigeria check Nairaland. You said "state bodies know about estates"? Ok, let me ask you; be honest with your answer in your heart. If you have a child in primary 1 and you intend to take your child to a new school, do you go to the Ministry of Education to ask which is the best school around? Instead, you ask around, your friends, family and the testimonials you have received. This will then guide your decision when you choose the new school for your child. Thanks for commenting. 14 Likes |

Demmocrats: Why do people just reason like oafs and shout scam for no apparent reason as if they have the blood of ffk flowing in their veins? The OP has stated her reasons for asking for guidance. The best thing for you to do of you have no contribution to make is to zip up your mouth. She obviously has been given a very sensitive assignment and does not want to fall short. Give her some space. 4 Likes |

francababy: hahaha i wonder your age, sorry for saying that but your logic is too childish and sounded like someone with low IQ. Ok from what you just asked me let me ask you, why check on forbes.com the richest men in the world you would have asked your friends to check there bank accounts to know if they are the richest. There are standards to every thing and bodies responsible for each standard. Just like a lawyer would have an LLB and an Engineer would have B.Eng the same applies to the information you are sourcing. Trust me gal you have nothing i envy, unless you have God more than me that's the only thing i can envy. Thank me later gaal 3 Likes |

Nonybb: You amaze we with you lack of exposure. There is no supremacist mentality here. If you as a Nigerian work for a company and you are sent overseas by your company for a project or training, would you be left on the street to sleep? Won't you be given accommodation? Those people who gave you accommodation are they suffering from black supremacist mentality? 6 Likes |

francababy: Kindly ignore those who have never owned a business in their lives. Many of them are yet to graduate and if they have they are yet to find employment. Your employers work with certai rules and you haveto abide by those rules especially when it comes to housing for staff be they local or foreign. Locals are used to the environment but foreigners are not and its easy for a diplomatic row to occur when a foreigner is harmed. Their focus ought to be on building up Nigeria to the point where her nationals will be held in great esteem outside her shores. Stay focused and achieve your objective 1 Like |
