Those shouting Osbourne, na where you wan see land buy for osbourne? Even the phase 2 that they just finished sand-filling has all been bought over and most of it developed. @Op the best bet for your company is to rent if its the likes of osbourne and parkview estates you have in mind. |

Demmocrats: Read you comment again please. "Thank me later gaal". You want to comment using the same phrases others use. And then you used it out of place. Thank you for what? Ha ha ha. Very dumb. Well, get a job or start a business. When you can handle the responsibilities I handle and execute them as well as I do, then come back here to talk to me. For now, look at that phone in your hand, open up whatsapp and chat with your teenage age mates. This thread is for responsible adults. 3 Likes |

smiley001: I have an idea to get you a brand new 5-bedroom duplex 'FREE OF CHARGE' on one of this estate. Some estate developing companies have a program for marketers. You sell 5 plots, get 1 free. Some you sell 10 plots and you get 1 free. Check around, you will likely find an estate that will give you a brand new duplex if you can help them sell a number of duplexes. Maybe you sell 10 and get 1 completely free. 1 Like |

Demmocrats: Your statement just buttresses what you really are...Mr iQ of Albert Einstein yet mentally challenged to the extent of not knowing that state bodies do not run or own these private estates listed out for the OP. No info is more accurate that those you get from those who have lived, touched, been affected, enjoyed these listed estates. Those of us who live on the island either live or have people who live or have experienced on some way these listed estates. Nobody is interested in your masters program or the school you are running it with (kiddy stuff). You are not the topic, neither are you the OP. Those who are here deliberating are successful adults and already have families unlike Mr Washington. FYI anytime you are in PA and need a place to stay , I have a house there and can give you minimum rent. #ownsomething 4 Likes 1 Share |

Demmocrats: Dude it seems u love Satan a lot. I am Nigerian mixed and do my things cash and not mortgage. You dont own something until you pay off on it. I own and dont do credit. This is just a very simple advice I want to give to you................... Going back and forth between usa and Nigeria with stop overs inbetween is something I have done a minimum of 60 times from the 1970s and your comments shows you probably are still fresh over there so its a fad for you. You simply need to get over it and grow up. 1 Like |

ekwelive: It is not a matter of "if u don chop well, go for banana island" Banana Island is overrated. Ask ask bank MDs. They build their headquarters in V.I, Ikoyi etc but gave give loans to developers to develop Banana Island and sell to people who need where to quickly dump their money at an outrageous profit. But they will never tell you. Banana Island is overrated. The price of properties in Banana Island cannot be justified by basic and social economics. It is not economically feasible for any company that wants a positive bottom line. 3 Likes |

naijadeyhia: Well that is what you get from products of a failed educattion system. Fuuktards like Demmocrats just open there mouth to say something .....................anything ...........................it does not have to make sense or show any reasoning or research. What matters is that they show they too are talking. To such products, they see being silent as a state where people would think they are stuuupid. So they need to talk at all cost. That is why the country is full of people chatting crap and sharing dumb misinformation. 3 Likes |
