I got a job in one of the big 4 accounting firms in Nigeria. As an experienced hire,i was being offered 167,000 net per month plus other cash benefit of 593k in a year. I work in a one man company that recently increased my salary to 235k per month plus cash benefit of 110k in a year. i dont know much about the two jobs. but if i am in ur shoes, i would look into the future, see the one that might likely fold up, i will figure out which one that can mk me mre successful. sometimes, it is not about the money. are u happy with ur current job? will u be happy with ur new job? which one will give you time for ur family?

Where do you see yourself in your present company in 5years time, and where would you be in 5years time if you are to take this new job. Money isnt everything, but career growth is vital. If your job description at the new place is more advance than the present and you see the chances of starting a new life in a new location, go for it. But above all, pray about it. God still speak to us, shut down all noisy speakers around and listen to God. #kapish

then I see no reason why you should leave when it's very close to ur house and it gives u time to share with family......that's if it were me anyways

I will go for one with happy ending, that will make me have enough time for my family and the one that will make me financially independent
