P.S it's a double sum & am not in the UBE 1st arrears group, so does that mean that the governor paid the proverbial 13th month salary?

The first month the first UBE batch were paid the second UBE batch were not paid. Its so follows that second UBE batch will be mathematically cheated if their arrears had ended by September

My able colleagues, I'm just being inquisitive about this 2 month salary that has been paid to some set of UBE teachers because I'm also in UBE.

I'm having a feeling that there's something fishy about this whole stuff.

If you guys can recall vividly on December 2014, something similar happened to some set of PPSB teachers. Whereby some were paid 2months salary plus extra 11 thousand. Some of us here when asked suggested that it was Xmas bonus, some said it was part of their arrears that was being part payed. But as it stand now all PPSB teachers(irrespective of batches) will received all outstanding arrears this month. While some persons have not smell the 11k.

Now let's watch out and see if this 2month they have started paying won't just end with some few individuals. And then they will come out to tell Nigerians that the present administration paid 13th month salary to civil servants in Rivers State.
