Pressure groups in the South-South and South-East geopolitical zones under the aegis of the Homeland Watch and Awareness Initiative (HWAI) has declared support for the ongoing anti-corruption war of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.The groups called for the review and amendment of the country’s anti-terrorism act to accommodate a proper terminal punishment for terror offenders and their sponsors.Addressing newsmen on behalf of thegroups in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital yesterday, the coordinator of the National Neighbourhood Watch Project, Mr. Charles Inko-Tariah, said they were convinced with the policies and programmes of the Buhari-led administration.Inko-Tariah said, “We wish to unequivocally identify with the anti-corruption campaign and wind ofchange of President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration. We are highly convinced with the policies andprogrammes of the present administration.
We support this administration’s drive to mop up all the stolen funds from the previous administration to fund more people-oriented policies
