Great people, I hail u guys for everything on this forum.I need your advice and I will be very straight with u guys.I am a guy of 36 years, HND holder and single. I'm tired of this Naija and it has always been my plan to be a US citizen or GC holder and I want to be resident in USA.I was marries before but I'm now single because the person claimed to me my wife is unserious with me I wish to be a greencard holder, and I don't know if its best I go through a school/masters programme or I marry a US citizen. All I care is to have a GC but I don't know if I can use Masters/school route or marry a US citizen to get into this system. I believe when I get to USA I should be able to see an american babe I can marry to get my papers. Pls advice me. I don't want to slump and make a mistake |

adesanmiprince: na wa ooo You won't be the first neither the last. You are already making a big mistake and slumping yakata on a hard ground just like many like you on this forum who have towed or currently towing your same pattern of intentions. The truth is if you dishonestly and with cruel intent deceitfully obtain any form of residency or citizenship go and ask and do research 85% of such people in the long term are not better off in every facet of the American life or dream. The remaining 15% on the surface seem to be temporarily "enjoying" it until they join the former. Be wise!!! By the way I pray Donald Trump becomes POTUS come November!!!!! |

Jchi9876:By the way, will Donald Trump now say I will not qualify to have a GC if I marry my US citizen gf ? Will he bring that law ? To be very frank with you, what Donald Trump is saying about deporting all illegal immigrants in the US if he wins won't be possible. If he does that, assuming it works sef, the US economy will crush big time. There would be a serious impact on the US economy negatively and would shrink the US economy by 6% or $1.6 trillion There are about 11.3 million illegal immigrants in the US now, and report have said it that it will cost the US $114billion to deport them. Even, I want to tell u that the whole American citizen will not allow it. Many of these Americans are even too used to these illegal immigrants. You remember in 2010 in Arizona when they made a law that the police in Arizona should verify the legal status of anyone they are suspecting to be illegal in that state, do u remember what happened ? Do u remember how the Arizona american rejected and protested this ? So, forget it, it can't just work out like that. The america economy is strengthened by the 11.3m illegal immigrant in the US and Donald plan will rather shattered the US economy and I'm sure even an average american won't allow it ever. |

SophiaLisa:You have a good travelling history, but try and ignore the bolded. words. Never you tell the VO you will fund your studies through on-campus job, cos that's not a good response, as the money you will be earning through campus job can or might only cater for your accommodation and feeding. Secondly Car Document is not a genuine document to present at the embassy, as that can't be a source of income for you when you are away. car is not an asset, it a liability. and lastly .Telling the VO you will be staying with a friend might not be the best answer. You are a Graduate student, why not tell him/her you will be staying off campus or in school apartment. Telling the VO you will be staying with a friend might look as if you are not capable or financially buoyant. I wish you all the best. 1 Like |

Dear gurus in the house, you people are doing great job here. I can see I found myself on the part 8 page of the forum but I know it's not late to take a bold step. I applied to a university in the US last year for computer science with my HND computer engineering (3.02) and I was denied admission after all money spent on application fees, transcript collection and mailing of my documents. While checking the Internet, I discovered people got masters admissions to US schools with their HND without gre, gmat or toefl. I also got information that some schools accepts uploading of transcripts via the school portal. A friend that traveled recently also told me he got schools with application fee waiver, after he traveled he could not be reached again to help with mine. I believe all that I have stated above could be achieved with your kind gestures and time. From testimonies on this forum, I can see I don't need an agent to have my study visa and will give my testimony soon. My great people in the house, I will appreciate it if I get get lists of schools that I can apply to without gre or toefl, would allow transcripts upload and wouldn't cost me much for computer science, information technology or computer related courses and a step by step support from you all on ways my success stories would be welcomed. I want to kick start today as all plans is to get my visa before first half of the year. Best regards. |

adesanmiprince: Young man leave all your DT rhetoric and concussions and face the fraud you want to commit. End of story!!! Wish you luck!!! By the way i just got outta theater, you know the movie i watched? Concussion!!!! let Dr Ben's story be yours. Did he have a preconceived deceptive american dream? i will let you watch the movie, feel the goose bumps (if you know what it feels like) then think and answer it. Same goes to others who deceive their way to getting visas |

adewolestephen4: Yea this works but there's often a denial rate as well. Over all, it's success rate is about 20%. Also, when your petition is approved, your status only changes from B1/B2 to F1 status, not your visa itself. Since USCIS does not issue visas - only US embassies abroad do, the visa on your passport will still remain the same. Only your status changes. You should be good to go except you need to travel out and return and you would need to change your visa type at a US embassy abroad. 1 Like |
