I am about to change my car to buy either a tokunbo 2012 model RAV4 or a brand New Renault Duster.

Prices are very close but I need an advice from car experts on which you think will worth it in the long run.

But in 3-4 years there might be no reason for replacements.

buy the Renault. it should come with warranty and will last you years before you ever need to replace anything. trust me, if you ever own a brand new car, you would never go near a tokunbo again unless you don't plan to keep the car for long though.

From what I hear, the renault is a pretty robust little 'ute. Go for it.

The duster was not sold gas a Renault nah. It borrowed all its lungs, kidneys, heart and all other vital organs from Renault (Renault's ajeku).

NB: It's a Dacia Duster!!!

Seems it was sold has Renault Duster in some markets and Dacia Duster, in other markets!!!
The point still remains, it's one very cheap award winning SUV!!!

OP in our environment the Rav4 Will serve you a lot better, forget the allure of a new car and think long term, there is a reason a 4 year old Rav4 is the same price as a new Dacia.
