Please, has anyone experienced any battery or charging problems with this C8? After leaving it to charge for over 5 hours, even when off, instead of charging, it rather discharges. its even more frustrating that I'm somewhere I cant easily find a repairer for this kind of product. I've not used for up to 3 months!

From statistics now over 50% Tecno C8 user have one issue or the other..
Remaining are just managing..

The only prob the phone has is multitasking..... Any other prob is user induced.

Who can help me out here please. I recently completed my transition from windows to android, Tecno C8 but I noticed that the device consumes data at an alarming rate. With my previous phone, 4.5gb lasts me for about three weeks but with this new phone, this current subscription will make it 9gb activated in a space of five days. I don't leave my data on and I always use battery saver. Please what could be the problem?

Android phone consumed a lot of data truely but not like 9gig data in just one week. It also depends on what u do on ur phone if u stream live matches,movies,
music video etc or u download heavy files or games all these consumed a lot of data. but if dat u just chat on bbm, facebook, whatsapp ,2go only u can not use up 150mb in a week even u leave ur data on 24hrs.

It is Simple what do you do on your phone ?
Go to data usage to see the App consuming Data...

the price of tecno c8 now is between #27,000 - #30,500 depends on the store u are buying from.
For a phone for #22k with better camera u asked for. I would have advice u to go for infinix hot 2 but the battery capacity is not too gud but is manageable.

Tecno c8 have multitasking issue. so forget abt self start management just put dat off. for u to solve multitasking issue on ur phone. First root ur phone which is a little bit complicated but u can Google it how to root tecno c8. If u successfully root it. Secondly download ram manager pro latest version. U are gud to go.

I changed my imei to blackberry's imei ( Torch 2 - sim1 and bb10-sim 2) .
Can I subscribe directly with my phone or do I need to subscribe on a blackberry to use Glo Bis?
