You are entitled to your own personal opinion. If what you bargained with your God is that after graduation and NYSC program that you will settle for a permanent internship 30k stipend job then I wish you well... This is jet age and if you think calling GIS team to verify certain issues is wrong then you still have a long way to go in life..

for ur information i exited march 2015, i run a firm and pay pple. If we are in a jet age does dat mean i should jeopadise others pples benefit? stop souding personal this is a collective forum consider others, i ones passed same stage, ok?

Good for you.. Encourage the young ones to dream big like you.. Let them exit after their one year and forge ahead with their life because GIS is just one of the Stages of life.. The 30k stipend is something but what lies ahead is bigger than this little stipend because from what am observing now most interns have decided to settle for this GIS letting go of their already planned 2016 goal and targets.. Do have a nice day.

I rounded up December though, so I am supposed to be a part of it....

But I still think it's an error, because even while d extra timesheet has been filled and submitted successful, they might not get paid....

What I am wondering about is dat, how would they accommodate new interns when old ones are still intact...... It's an internship scheme and not a permanent job....

Mind ur business. Gis was under surep today is under FMF so why can't u be patient to see the issue at hand. Ministry of employment told us GIS has come to stay so don't over rush urself.

It has come to stay may mean that more graduate interns will be hired.And not that interns that has done the programme for one year will continue.It is not a permanent job.

Ordinary if not for your sake I would have kept mute because,silence is the best answer given to a fool like @ laffin8profit and there is a usual saying in Great Benin Kingdom which says (Odion gha gbovbokhane o ghi fobihene)which means if an elder flogs a child,the elder will take any insult from that child.It took so long for him to recover from the pains inflicted on him earlier on for being parochially minded and poor reasoning ability.He has to also hide on somebody's post for him to regain his consciousness.Well as an elder(which will take him so many years to become)who has flogged a child for wrong doings I am ready to take any insult from him.I wish him speedy recovery.Thanks to some of his colleague who has offered him oxygen to bring him back to life.
