Quite an interesting write up, however, number 1 and 5 seem not to be in order... You can marry a lady and make her financially independent. In fact, most prospective suitors would run away from a financially stable lady for the fear of a status that could bring about disrespect. Secondly, if a lady doesn't prove hard to get, the tendency is there for guys to use her and dump her! But when you prove hard to get, the unserious guy will impatiently leave, while the serious guy will continue wooing you until he gets you. Proving hard to get makes a lady probe guys thoroughly to get the right person for her.

Your comment is very diplomatic brother, I admire it but I will still counter your point.

With the current harsh economy, no guy wants to marry a lady who will become a financial burden during his marriage hence will prefer not so wealthy or financially comfortable lady. Common bro, if all the financial pressure is on him, don't you think h will be frustrated? Women should be helpmate not draining mate even though men are the breadwinners.

About proving hard to get, I can bet some ladies derive so much joy in it that they make some guys go through hell. A responsible guy need not to be frustrated because of hard to get mechanism. Once he behaves well, draw him closer and if he misbehave, ignore him.
