Not applicable to all school too as in my school, one has to fill a mobilization form to be submitted along side photocopies of CLEARANCE FORM, JAMB RESULT SLIP and GRADUATION RESULT which is even Available only when one has completed his or her clearance and presented to the Registrar before he will sign the result and then eventually issued out to you.

Hmmm, that'll be stressful to your school (I'm not doubting you but it could as well be formality) , well in most cases, the main issue is just for your result to receive senate approval, once that's done your SOR and certificate is then processed also you are mobilised for service. It's after you've done your clearance that your SOR is then offered to you, without which NYSC will send you back.
