The last time I checked, when Madrid was going through tough times in Europe, Barça was busy dragging Spain to the opium.

Bayern has always been a driving force in Europe, despite not having support from other Bundesliga teams.

Juventus has been doing same in recent years since the fall-from-grace of the Milan teams.

How come no EPL team is doing same in this same period? Although I must confess Chelsea are trying but... Since they won tge UCL they too have joined their EPL counterparts.
