If you are talking about accommodation, then you might be right .Two States in the south west that make sense are Oyo and Ogun , they are now Small Lagos...both are benefiting from their closeness to Lag.. as regards accommodation, it only depends on where you are staying.. you can't compare rate of rent in Ring road to that of Oluyole....
And food,? you've never been to Bodija market.. Clothings?? you've never been to Dugbe..
Coming to the Southwest? if not Lagos, then it will be Ogun or Oyo.
