africaken: Exactly! This is a more convincing argument, instead of always screaming corruption. Corruption is just a blanket which hides many many of our inefficiencies. We lack the commitment and sacrifice to get things done, most institutions cannot be embarrassed to improve efficiency. Anyway, we know Arabs can't fight. |
