NL's pls I need to know what is wrong with my BlackBerry z3, as the phone goes off on its own why browsing. And it will keep trying to reboot until it goes off. When it is re booting and I try to switch it off, it will refuse to go off. The phone is 14months old. Pls I need it to get to front page so that I can get more views and advices as I am not ready to get a new phone now. |

Its likely that the battery is weak.Try and change the battery. |
