How interesting was it?

Although the movie ended exactly as expected, but there were some surprising scenes that got me intrigued. I'll rate it 3 and half stars over 5.

He got his ass beat, managed to knock down the champ once, still lost the fight anyways. I see a continuation of the Rocky Balboa franchise... this ain't over.

Yea, I thought the Champ really drilled him nearly beyond recognition, but creed gave him a good run for his money.

]Mad Max:Fury Road is in contention for anything
other than most idiotic excuse for a movie?
I've seen an awful lot of bad movies in my time
and I can't recall any that were more incoherent
than that mess. Most movies at least attempt to
try to be internally logical...that one never
bothered to try.
To wit:
Given the basic premise of a post-apocalyptic
world short on food, water, and nearly everything
else, scratching for basic survival, from what
magic bellybutton did the director drag unlimited
amounts of gasoline, ammunition, and welding
gear for all those vehicles?
And where, pray tell is the advanced hospital
and prosthesis manufactory that produced her
remarkable arm and attached it?
And how the hell did they forget what a faucet
is?
There were so many more absurdities it's
impossible to list them all.
That movie was so entirely illogical that inside of
fifteen minutes both my brother and i were
astonished it ever was released, and by the end
we quite frankly couldn't believe that anyone in
their right mind would have the nerve or be
shameless enough to release it. It was an utter
waste of effort and time. Truly Ed Wood caliber.[/s]

Thrash.

That was the best movie from 2015. It was meant to entertain and that's exactly what it did. I can't remember the last movie that gave me such an adrenaline rush. It's an epic movie that I have seen thrice and I still love it.

Meanwhile mad Maxx be packing nominations while the author of that post screams blue murder. Anyway one man's meat is a vegetarians nightmare

That guy took a beat down. Remember the part when the doc was asking how many fingers and they were tapping his neck.

That's an epic franchise beginning

Yea,for sure. I also remembered at a point when Creed fell to d floor after given what looked like a knock out, and switched to a dream mode, remembering so many things. The moment he shockingly got up again to d amazement of the crowd, the commentator was like... "Creed just got up like a man possessed....." Epic!

You and your brother need to grow a sense of humor each, pal. Mad Max: Road Fury is a satire, a caricatured depiction of chaos, hatred, resolve and most importantly, an ability to overcome fear through resilience and understanding.

Mad Max triumph lies in it's sheer comedy and a touch of the absurd. Such movies don't care about plotholes, they are basically pure entertainment and humor as they gleefully mock the government and society on the sly.

Go and watch Hateful Eight and compare. It's another satirical movie BTW. Moved at a much slower pace to that of Mad Max's, but at the end of the day, both movie's hidden messages were pretty much the same. Both mock the government and society derisively throughout.

Moreover, both movies have garnered numerous nominations at the forthcoming Academy awards, and one or both would probably leave the ceremony with at at least an Oscar.

True Story

What would possess a man to murder his whole family on a whim? Some folks truly deserve to die slowly and painfully. Lethal injection is too humane for such people, an electric chair or gas chamber, even death by hanging would have sufficed beautifully.

At the beginning of the movie, I noticed 2 guys conversing in Igbo. One a sex slave or something, the other an interpreter to a white journalist - Finkel, the protagonist.
